In your Supabase project → Left sidebar → Settings → API

You will see:
• Project URL — copy the full URL (looks like: https://abcxyz123.supabase.co)
• anon / public key — copy the long key under "Project API keys"
• service_role key — click "Reveal" and copy it

Then open this HTML file in a text editor (Notepad, VS Code, or TextEdit).
Find the SUPABASE_URL section near the top and replace the placeholder values with your real keys.

Also change ADMIN_PASSWORD to something only you know.
